Crave@SFS Mobile Account Manager

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crave@SFS mobile application (the “App”), operated by Crave Food Co., Ltd. (herein “Crave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Scope and Eligibility
The App is provided exclusively to members of the Seoul Foreign School (“SFS”) community who have been authorized by Crave. Access is limited to users with approved email accounts. Use of the App is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to account management.

3. Description of Services
The App functions as an account management tool. Through the App, users may view account balances, transaction history, active menus, and information regarding payment methods and account support. Crave does not process payments directly within the App unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Users must ensure that information provided to Crave is accurate and up to date. Unauthorized use of another person’s account is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the App. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with the operation of the App, using the App for unlawful purposes, or violating applicable laws or regulations of the Republic of Korea.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the App are owned by or licensed to Crave. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

7. Service Availability and Modifications
Crave may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its services at any time for operational, technical, or legal reasons. While Crave aims to provide reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Crave disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. Crave’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for use of the App.

10. Suspension and Termination
Crave may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the App if the user violates these Terms, loses eligibility within the SFS community, or if required by law or institutional policy.

11. Privacy
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Crave App Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

12. Children and Minors
Where required by applicable law, use of the App by users under the age of 14 requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

14. Changes to These Terms
Crave may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the Crave website. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
